Monster Husband

This image is based on a dream I had recently. 

I dreamt that I was ten years old again and that I was living somewhere else. I had been put into an arranged marriage with an older man. The man had decided the marriage. He later told me the reason was so that he could protect me from something or someone. It seemed like he was doing this for someone else. Also, he was actually a monster, some sort of sea monster or dragon more specifically. He was not a very talkative individual and showed little expression on his face. He also kept himself fairly neat and tidy, though this may have partially been due to magic, his unnatural long white hair always kept perfectly straight without a single hair out of order. His clothes were also always the same, always being a simple suit and jacket with a high collar.  

Each day, the two of us would drive out to the ocean. The days were overcast and windy and the sky grey. After exiting the vehicle he would then transform into his true form and dive into the ocean to go hunting. He said that he was training, and recommended that I do the same just in case I was caught alone and had to defend myself. I usually just sat in the car and waited though. Once he was done hunting he would return and transform back into a human. On one occasion he still had some sea creature bits stuck in his throat and he spat them out, making little bits of black tentacle fall onto the car floor.  

Nothing else really happened besides this, or at least nothing related to the monster man. Overall, it was a rather odd dream.
