Hurt my wrist :/

So, for a while my wrist had been getting sore from drawing/using the computer. I didn't think it was that bad though, but I decided to to make sure I took more breaks. However, that wasn't enough, and looking back I realize why. Mainly my breaks were bad because it mostly involved me not actually giving my wrist a break, such as playing video games, or just browsing the web or whatever. I wasn't giving my wrist enough support either, so that was also a problem. It didn't help too that I didn't take any breaks whenever I was doing 3D modeling homework.
